1. The room you reserve will be held for you regardless of your arrival time. However, if reservation is not cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay plus tax on the day of your scheduled arrival.

2. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If somehow you get wrong information or do not get reply by email for receipt, then it's your responsibility to contact us by phone & email.

DOWNTOWN ART WALK FRIDAY, JUNE 18TH
Art lovers enjoy a night on the town with open studios, music and more.
You won't want to miss this year's art walk with many gifted and talented artists, photographers, studios, galleries, and shops participating. A free self-guided tour of 30 participating artists and businesses will showcase their works in various stages of completion and finished works on display for purchase. Book your room at the Charles Inn, and receive your tour map and a free glass of wine. You'll start your tour at our hotel art gallery featuring local artists as well as our own private collection. Special room discount available the night of the Art Walk for attendees.  You'll also have the opportunity to join the After Party Event following the Art Walk starting at 9pm at the Charles Inn Gallery Cafe.

  Mark your calendar the After Party Event will be at the Charles Inn from 9:00 pm - Midnight.  Appetizers and cash bar available.  All invited.
