[CANCELLATION POLICY]
1. The room you reserve will be held for you regardless of your arrival time. However, if reservation is not cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay plus tax on the day of your scheduled arrival.
2. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If somehow you get wrong information or do not get reply by email for receipt, then it's your responsibility to contact us by phone & email.

Be there...or be square. No ticket needed. Free appetizers and cash bar. This is your chance to mingle with the artists and find out what makes them tick. After strolling the various shops, galleries, and studios drop on down to the Charles Inn to discuss the great collections that you viewed or if your lucky purchased. We will be happy to store your paintings while you mingle. We will have a cash bar on hand with delicious drinks and tasty appetizers for you to sample. Drop in any time, most artist will arrive after 9:00 pm, all invited, located at the Charles Inn Gallery Cafe/Lobby. Don't miss this event!
