[CANCELLATION POLICY]
1. The room you reserve will be held for you regardless of your arrival time. However, if reservation is not cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay plus tax on the day of your scheduled arrival.
2. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If somehow you get wrong information or do not get reply by email for receipt, then it's your responsibility to contact us by phone & email.

BIG EASY LOUNGE Now Open
Thank you to all of our understanding guests for putting up with the hammering, dust, noise, and that ugly black tarp, but the Big Easy Lounge is now open. Stop by to congratulate Paul for the great job he did transforming part of the hotel lobby into a piece of New Orleans. We have lots of great plans and ideas to "light up" Bangor...New Orleans style. "Lessez Les Bonne Temps Roulez".

With great jazz, blues and zydeco music the sights and sounds of New Orleans is happening right in the center of downtown Bangor. Join us at the, newly opened, Big Easy Lounge in the transformed lobby of the Charles Inn. With over 80 types of beer and a large selection of spirits, you'll find your old favorites as well as something new, you'll only find at the Big Easy. Live music Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (subject to change, so please call ahead at 207-992-2820).
